The meeting will take place in the Tour Gallery Room at Redhook Brewery. There will be hosted sodas and water, and a 'no host' cash bar as well as an assortment of appetizers.

Regular Members (in-State residents) are eligible to vote. Voting may also be done at the Annual Meeting.
WSHJA counts on its Board of Directors to fulfill the association’s mission to promote the hunter jumper sport in Washington State and to provide its members and the community with unique equestrian opportunities that uphold the highest standards of membership, showmanship, and horsemanship.
WSHJA is Washington State’s official governing organization for the hunter jumper sport, and is a proud affiliate of both the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) and the United States Hunter Jumper Association (USHJA). WSHJA owns the right to presents 6 USEF-sanctioned horse shows each year (Spring National Show Circuit, Evergreen Classic, NW Autumn Classic, October Classic), and offers its members official recognition of achievement through its annual awards points program. In addition, WSHJA partners with the USHJA to hold judge's clinics and trainer symposia by renowned experts, supports equestrian causes within local communities, and provides valuable scholarships to help deserving Washington State riders.
Each board member represents various aspects of the sport and often Chair special committees. The WSHJA Board is your representative to making Washington State’s hunter jumper community all that it can be.
Your leadership can help WSHJA fulfill its vision of being a leading example of a highly regarded, well run association representing locally and nationally recognized riders and horses. To be a thriving, growing inclusive community – creating the highest of standards in quality in member education, showing experience and welfare of the horse.

Ballots will be mailed on November 15th. Elections held at the WSHJA Annual Meeting December 1st, 2010.
