The 2011 WSHJA Board sincerely hopes you will be joining us at the Annual Members Meeting, November 30th, 2011 at The Loft at Russell’s in Bothell, WA., at 6:30pm.  The Annual Members Meeting is open to all current Regular (WA residents) members and/or their parent representatives, and is your opportunity to review and vote on important matters of the Association.

We understand that it is a weeknight (school night and late night), so the Board pledges to keep it informative and moving along. You’ll be presented with:

• A Year In Review and Open Forum, including horseshows, membership, financials
• Vote on the proposed bylaw amendments
• The Year Ahead and Open Forum, including the future of our shows particularly the Evergreen Classic
• Final Vote on the 2012 Board Member election. Ballots will be available to those who wish to vote at the meeting.
